Members, Parents, Carers:
In view of the wonderful weather we have been having recently, we are considering running an end of term BBQ and disco on Friday, July 16th 7-9.30pm. This is of course subject to weather conditions, if these are poor, we will be obtaining Sausages and Chips from Nacton Road Fish-bar.
Therefore we ask that you complete the form at the bottom of this letter, and return it with £5 on the night of the party. This will cover food, entry to the party, and drinks, regardless of whether we have a BBQ or Sausage and chips. Finally, a reminder that this will be the last night of term - we will re-open Friday 10th September.

Information Re. End of Term Activities
- Swimming/Park Trip – Friday 9th July @ Crown Pools Pool/Christchurch Park
Christy’s Youth Club has organised a trip for Friday 9th July. We will be meeting at Crown Pools at 6.30pm and young people can decide to either swim or go to Christchurch Park. Then later in the evening we will all walk down to Burger King for food. Please collect young people from the Crown House lay-by at 10.00pm
Please bring with you:
Money for swimming (if you want to swim) - £3.75 adult swim or £2.40 with an I-card
Money for Burger King
Swimming kit (if swimming) – including costume/trunks, towel
Please can you let us know:
1) If you are coming – please complete permission form - this can be obtained either from Christys Club on a Friday Evening, or by phoning Jenny on the number below.
2) How you will be travelling home.
- End of Term Disco – Friday 16th July @ Murrayside Community Centre
On the last Friday of term, 16th July, there will be a disco at Christy’s Youth Club. Arrival is at normal time, 7.00pm, but collection time will be at 9.30pm.

Sport Relief 2010 at Christys Club

On Friday, March 26th, we will be hosting a number of fun events to raise money for Sport Relief. Events will include Egg and Spoon Race, Football, and Basketball, with prizes to be won. It is suggested members bring an additional £5 to take part in these events. Here’s to a worthwhile night of sporting fun!
A second night to raise money for victims of recent Earthquakes such as Haiti, and Chile, will follow after Easter
